Définir le référentiel de test : - Rédiger le référentiel de test - Maintenir le référentiel de test à jour - Participer à l'analyse des risques en amont des développements - Accompagner le PM dans l'expression des besoins - Échanger avec le support pour les remontées de production et le partage fonctionnel Industrialiser les tests (tests automatisés) : - Identifier les tests à automatiser - Concevoir les tests automatisés (Gauge / Taiko en Javascript) - Suivre l'exécution des tests automatisés - Intégrer les tests automatisés dans l'intégration continue de l'équipe (lancement automatique à chaque livraison) - Rédiger et maintenir les tests de performance (Gatling) Effectuer le suivi de l'activité des tests : - Communiquer le résultat des phases de test - Fournir un Go/NoGo pour la qualité du livrable - Fournir des KPI sur la qualité des livrables Amélioration continue : - Améliorer et maintenir les process qualité de l'équipe
